Refurbishment of 1980s socio-cultural centre in Axe Majeur-Horloge neighbourhood, Cergy. Conversion and construction of new buildings after demolition. Centre comprising 500-seat auditorium, 790/700-seat modulable multi-purpose hall, classrooms, music studios, offices and community spaces.
Particularités Techniques - EN
Refurbished building: major conversion and replacement of timber by steel frame, as required. Reinforced concrete structure. Double flow mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in concert halls and studios.
