Steeply sloping site, former landfill that required major decontamination prior to construction. Proposed structure anchored into 6m high cliff that necessitates construction of retaining wall. Pile foundations; laminated glued timber trusses. Halls dual duct ventilation system - BMS - clodes-circuit television. Gymnasium equipped with foam automatic sprinkler system.
