Construction of inter-administrative catering to serve 1 850-meal/day for prefecture of Seine Saint Denis, DDE and law court staff. On ground floor facilities, 2,000m² car park and delivery area. Upstairs, cafeteria, 600-seat self-service dining area.
Particularités Techniques - EN
Reinforced concrete construction with curved forms in elevation requiring special formwork. Feasibility study to separate movement between "clean and dirty" circuits undertaken to confirm design of large 1850-meal production kitchen. Dining areas naturally lit and ventilated by dual duct ventilation system.
