Building a seven-storey office block.
Due to its Seine-side location (flooding prevention), all technical facilities are positioned on the roof terrace.
The three basement levels provide parking for 563 vehicles.
The floors are allocated to office activities.
The ground floor and part of the first floor include communal areas.
Two lobbies, a scramble service and dining room, 163 seater auditorium, VIP reception area and reception rooms are located on the ground floor.
A gym and concierge service are accessible from the lobby.
The cafeteria/brasserie area opening onto the first-floor patio garden is intended for alternative catering.
The 40-m perimeter slurry wall ensures the stability of the excavation bottom and enables the creation of floor drainage in the lowest basement.
The volume of compensation water is made possible by wall flood vents on level -1.
Certifications targeted for the office activities: HQE Bâtiment Durable (2016 programme), V2 or V3, EXCEPTIONAL standard, and BREEAM New Construction (2016 programme), EXCELLENT standard.
