The Project Managers department employs generalist engineers; they are the single points of contact in the management of projects from design to project completion.

CHEFS DE PROJETS

Design

  • Ensuring the smooth progress of the overall contract,
  • Taking into account the client's expressed needs,
  • Facilitating communication between all internal and external stakeholders,
  • Adhering to the budgets and timelines stipulated in the contract,
  • Problem-solving through organized processes and formalizing actions.

Construction

  • Adhering to site monitoring procedures throughout all phases, including DET, VISA, and AOR,
  • Facilitating communication between all internal and external stakeholders,
  • Site visits,
  • Verifying compliance with specifications, standards, and best practices in construction by the contractors,
  • Leading the technical team dedicated to each project and ensuring compliance with quality procedures by team members,
  • Monitoring the project until completion,
  • Assisting in case of claims during the warranty period,
  • Establishing and monitoring construction schedules.
