The development also includes a planted central area for the exclusive use of the residents.
Technical characteristics
The facades and gables are made of reinforced concrete and clad in brick or imitation render panels, imitation wood panels with a fine scraped finish.
Thermal lining of facades on the inside of walls in complexes comprising insulation of a regulation-compliant thickness and, on the inside, plasterboard facing.
External thermal lining according to location.
