Conversion of an office and retail building into hotel and tourist accommodation. After being raised by 2 storeys, the building's floor area will increase from 8,602 m² to 9,658 m².
The hotel comprises 211 rooms, meeting rooms, two bar/restaurants (on the ground floor and on the 14th floor), a foyer and a 58-space car park.
Technical characteristics
Restructuring involves demolishing/reconstructing the existing stairwells.
The invert is reinforced by micropiles installed below the water table.
Creation of an additional lift for the rooftop on the 14th floor.
Production of hot water and chilled water by district heating and cooling.
Heating and air-conditioning of bedrooms by 4-pipe fan coil units.
Sprinklers for the car park levels, ground floor and meeting rooms.
