Construction of a 30-bed assisted living facility (FAM) with 6 daytime care places, housed in a 3-storey building with a basement level containing a kitchen and laundry facilities.
The project also includes a 10-space outdoor car park and 3 courtyards: a therapeutic garden, a pleasure garden and a staff courtyard.
Technical characteristics
Façade in architectural concrete with integrated sun shades in perforated, powder-coated galvanised sheet metal.
The base of the project was designed with a concrete structure.
Double-flow ventilation and gas-fired heating.
Environmental characteristics
High environmental quality (NF HQE) for housing.
