Technical characteristics
Substructure required construction of slurry wall along boundary.
Deep foundations by piles.
The superstructure is built according to the following building principles: reinforced concrete wall for walls of facades and slits, walls of stairways and elevators, separations between dwellings, columns and beams of reinforced concrete with finished facing or prefabricated structure.
Front in fir wood.
The production of heat necessary for heating the houses is collective and provided by two condensing gas boilers.
The production of ECS for housing needs will be of semi-instantaneous type solar/gas.
