Construction of a social rental housing and a daycare center in Clamart (92).
Since late 2022, INCET has been working on a project to construct social rental housing and a daycare center in Clamart, alongside the architect Daudré Vignier & Associés.
Executed on behalf of Vallée Sud Habitat, this real estate complex will consist of 17 housing units and can accommodate up to 66 cribs in its daycare center.
For this project, INCET is responsible for structural engineering, road and drainage works (VRD), HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, construction economics, and thermal engineering.
