Construction of a real estate complex with 133 social housing units in Paris (75).
INCET, in collaboration with the architectural firms Clément Vergély Architectes and Beal & Blanckaert, has won the design competition for the construction of a real estate complex with 133 social housing units in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
For this project, undertaken on behalf of the real estate company ICF HABITAT, our engineering firm is responsible for electrical engineering, HVAC, plumbing, and construction economics.
