The development includes 75 units and 3 retail units in two apartment buildings and three semi-detached buildings.
The whole complex is built over an underground car park with 56 spaces.
One of the semi-detached buildings is a refurbishment of an existing building which is listed in the urban master plan as part of Aubervilliers' built heritage.
Technical characteristics
The buildings are constructed using a concrete framework combined with a cute stone façade.
Heating is provided by heat pumps and the homes have single-flow mechanical ventilation.
