Technical characteristics
Renovation of the existing stone façade with paint and/or rendering.
The vertical extension is finished in brushed, stone-tone rendering, with a Mansard-style roof with slate eaves and zinc decking to match the existing building.
Wood/aluminium joinery, with powder-coated aluminium on the outside.
Main facade in semi-load-bearing stone, a noble and long-lasting material.
Lacquered sheet metal cladding for window transoms and arches in stone façades.
