Construction of the Strathkelvin social residence which comprises 150 housing units.
Technical characteristics
A principle of "urban villas" of 3 or 4 storeys above ground level, set on an active base that brings together all the common components of the programme.
The architectural style incorporates three main facade materials: stone, brick and render.
An infiltration basin will be supplied in the form of a Tubosider underneath the shared garden space in order to limit the flow of rainwater discharged into the network to 1L/s/Ha.
The roof will be supported by a timber frame.
