Alterations to existing premises and accommodation to provide connection between existing and new buildings.
Partial transformation of ground floor reception area and administration and first floor extension to provide classrooms, ancillary services (bin room, changing rooms...) and fire safety compliance.
Technical characteristics
South/west curtain wall elevation with solar glazing and internal aluminium blinds ensure comfort levels in classrooms during summer.
Cooling system consumption reduced by half.
Modular deep access floors allow teaching areas to be altered.
