Prefabs were installed to accommodate some of the students during the construction period.

Project voluntary achieved with sustainable development (HQE) compliance.
Thermal performance level set for existing buildings (E/F/I) of 6,700m², existing thermal performance regulation RT2005 (Cep < Cepref -50%) low-energy and, in anticipation, RT2012 thermal performance for new building (Building N for school activities, administration).
