Project undertaken within urban regeneration plan developed by Atelier BLM.
Road angle is expressed by terracotta clad volume, material also used a back of loggias and on low-rise housing units attics.
Elevations set out on classical orders: base, main body of building and penthouse; attic level with large overhanging eaves to mark skyline.
